With the exception of very large orders, or shipments that include gas meters or meter enclosures (due to their size), we ship domestically (in the U.S.) with USPS Priority Mail (2–3 day service), unless you choose an alternative expedited USPS or UPS shipping option when you place your order in our online store. With the exception of orders placed late on Friday, or anytime Saturday, we ship all orders within 24 hours of the payment clearing, from our warehouse in Santa Cruz, California.


Unless a product is explicitly listed as "Out Of Stock," all off the products that are in our online store are currently in our warehouse and available for shipment to you within 24 hours.


Order of more than 10 units (Invoiced orders) can be shipped with an alternate shipping services, and/or with the customer's shipping account. To do this we need to know the Fedex or UPS account number and the billing zip code for the account.


Once the carrier has scanned your package at the sorting facility, you will receive an email, or multiple emails for multiple packages, that includes a link to tracking information. Please be aware that it can sometimes take up to a day for the link to show any details about your shipment, as it can take USPS a while to scan your package(s) into their system.
