All of our Omnimeter models have received California Type Approval from the California Department of Weights and Measures. This certifies that the meters are accurate enough to be used for revenue purposes, like submetering rental units for example. In actuality, these meter exceed the accuracy standards set by the Department of Weights and Measures. 


Two of our Omnimeter models, the Omnimeter II UL v.3 and The Omnimeter Pulse UL v.4, have also been certified as UL and cUL (Canadian UL) Listed to 61010-1. Underwriters Laboratories is a safety certification that is commonly recognized.  You can fine the UL Listed Omnimeter certifications on UL's website here.


The Omnimeter Pulse UL v.4 has been tested and certified to ANSI c12.1 and c12.20 standards, these are mostly for revenue grade accuracy.
