If you're reading your meter with an EKM Push gateway:

  1. Find the email that was sent to you when you purchased the EKM Push gateway. In that email will be your EKM Push Key, among other things. Copy the Push Key.
  2. From the main Dash window, click the "Meters" icon in the upper left corner.
  3. Click "Add meter..."
  4. At the top of the new window are three tabs for USB, iSerial, and Push. Click "Push".
  5. A text box will appear that prompts you to enter you User Key. Since you have already copied it, paste it in here.
  6. If you have multiple meters associate to your Push account, and you would like to add them all at once, click the "Add All" button. This will give you a list of all the meters associated with the Push User Key (if some of the meters are already entered into Dash they will not be listed. Keep the checkboxes checked next to the meters you want to add and click OK.
  7. Alternatively, you can enter one meter at a time by entering the meter number in the text box provided. Meter numbers are printed under the meter's LCD display. They are also included in the email that was sent to you regarding you EKM Push account.
  8. Select the Meter Model from the drop-down list.
  9. Entering one meter at a time also allows you to edit other settings such as Meter Name, Read Interval, and Time Zone.
  10. When you are ready click OK.
