To change the CT Ratio of your meter you will either need to be reading your meter with a Push3 gateway and your online account portal, or connect the meter directly to your computer using an EKM Blink USB converter, or iSerial converter (discontinued), and then access the meter via the EKM Dash software. Here is how to change the CT Ratio using the latter option:

  1. In the Dash software click on to select your meter, then go to the Meters icon
  2. Click "Edit Meter"
  3. Click "Advanced"
  4. Select your desired CT ratio (400) from the drop down
  5. Click "Set"
  6. If prompted for a password, default password is "0" (without quotation marks). (If you change the password we cannot retrieve it for you.)
