The best way to request an addition or change to your EKM Push account is by sending us your request via the EKM Push Change Request Form.
In order to add meters to your EKM Push account the meters need to be associated with your existing EKM Push gateway or a new Push gateway that you recently purchased. If you've just ordered the meters, you can let us know that you would like the new meters associated with your existing Push. In order to do so we will need to know the MAC address of the EKM Push gateway (printed on the bottom label). We will then make the necessary association(s) before we ship your new order.
Similarly, if you already have Omnimeters and you just ordered an EKM Push gateway that you want to read your Omnimeters, you can send us your meter serial numbers (printed under the LCD screen) and we will make the necessary association(s) before we ship your new order.
If you already have both your meters and your EKM Push gateway and would like to add or remove meters from being read by a particular gateway, you can send us a request and we will make the changes you need. In this case we will need to know bot the EKM Push gateway's MAC address and the meter serial number(s) that you want added or removed.
