Only EKM can add meters and Push gateways to your Push account, so if you have either, that you want added, please request that we do, by filling out the EKM Push Change Request Form.


If you've just ordered the meters, you can let us know that you would like the new meters associated with your existing Push. In order to do so we will need to know the MAC address of the EKM Push gateway (printed on the label and will start 4016fa...). We will then make the necessary association(s) before we ship your new order.


Similarly, if you already have Omnimeters and you just ordered an EKM Push gateway that you want to read your Omnimeters, you can send us your meter serial numbers (printed under the LCD screen) and we will make the necessary association(s) before we ship your new order.


If you would like to transfer ownership of a Push account, you can also do that with the EKM Push Change Request Form.

Push3 Association Changes:
For users of our new Push3 gateways, you can make meter/gateway assignment changes yourself in you online account portal at https://api.ekmpush.com/account.html. You will need to be logged in to your account in order to make assignment changes.


To make the assignment change, select the meter from the list of meters on the left. Then click on the Configuration tab. The select the gateway you would like to assign the meter to, from the "Assigned to gateway" dropdown list. Click save when you are ready. It can take up to 20 minutes for the Push gateway to receive the new meter assignment, if it is connected to the internet. Once it receives the assignment it will begin to read the assigned meter if it is able to.

Push2 Association Changes:

For users of our legacy Push2 gateways, only EKM can make meter/gateway assignment changes for meters and gateways that are already in your account. Again, you can request that we make the changes for you by filling out the EKM Push Change Request Form.
