EKM Metering has, unfortunately, multiple websites with separate login credentials (we would like to change this to one or two login credentials someday). This support article is intended to list the different websites to mitigate any potential confusion. If you are having trouble logging in, make sure that you are on the correct website.

The is the EKM Metering support desk. You can submit support questions here. All emails sent to [email protected] create a support ticket that can be tracked in the support desk if you are logged in, although it is not a requirement as all support emails will be available in your email client as well.
This is the most commonly used website for EKM Push3 users. Once logged in users can visualize data on customizable dashboards, generate reports and bills, and much more.
This is the EKM Push3 Account Portal (AP) for the accounts owner. The AP can be accessed in view-only mode but once the owner is logged in it is possible make Omnimeter/ioStack settings changes, and to view additional information.
